NTv2 grids: CANOA to WGS84 and more

Following a previous post, here is the Canoa to WGS84 transformation grid (download as a ZIP file and uncompress to get the GSB file which can be used in gvSIG and other GIS applications):

It's made up of 65136 nodes located across Venezuela and computed using the Molodensky-Badekas formulae with the ten official parameters. Therefore, this grid imitates the M-B transformation method. The average offset d (and its standard deviation s) between the result provided by this grid and the result of the formulae is approximately:

d = 0.00093 m = 0.93 mm
s = 0.00023 m = 0.23 mm
